My experience working with Nick was terrific. I found myself stuck between a rock and a hard place, and he and Dave - his broker - helped me construct a strategy to help sell my home in a timely fashion. I was honored that the home sale was Nick’s first transaction as an agent. After working with two agents prior to Nick, I took a chance on him and paid off .. Not only did he sell the property under the parameters I asked for, but he was able to pull off a dual representation and make both party’s satisfied with the deal by expressing the needs of each and doing a fantastic job of mediating the transaction through to the end. It truly takes a certain level of skill to be able to take on a challenging project, during a tough time in the market, and pull off a dual representation by essentially making both party’s satisfied with the deal in order to close - basically working it out for us.
