I used Nick to originally purchase my condo in Ocean Beach and then again to sell it two years later. Nick was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and kept me apprised as to how everything was going from start to finish. He convinced me to have professional photos taken which turned out great and I believe that really helped in making the property much more desirable as it became a featured listing on Zillow. Nick is the quarterback you want on your team. Buying a home has lots of moving pieces. Nick put all these together for us, driving it to a successful close all in a timely manner. But most importantly he is patient, diligent, on-time, professional and fun to work with.
