The AI Real Estate Genie is a residential real-estate search and inquiry tool. It is not a mortgage or lending messaging program. Mortgage and lending questions are redirected away from the Genie and are not used to initiate automated SMS through this program.
Optional Voice Search
If your browser supports voice recognition, you may choose to tap the microphone and speak a property-search request. Your browser will request microphone permission and may process audio using a recognition service operated by the browser provider. The website receives the resulting transcript and handles it like a typed Genie search. The Genie does not intentionally store the raw audio recording. Voice search is optional, and you can always type instead.
SMS and Mobile Information
If you affirmatively opt in, Nick Rogers Real Estate may send text messages concerning your real-estate inquiry, property searches, listings, showing requests, and related real-estate services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving real-estate services.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
