Real-Estate Information
The website and AI Real Estate Genie provide general residential real-estate information, property-search assistance, and a way to contact Nick Rogers. Information is not a substitute for inspections, appraisals, title review, legal advice, tax advice, or other professional advice. No agency relationship is created merely by visiting the website or using the Genie.
Listings and Search Results
Listing information is supplied by MLS/IDX and other sources believed reliable, but it is not guaranteed. Availability, price, status, features, dimensions, school information, and other details may change or contain errors. Search results are recommendations based on available structured fields and public listing text. Descriptive or subjective characteristics may be uncertain. Verify important facts before relying on them.
AI Real Estate Genie
The Genie interprets natural-language requests and may return exact, strong, close, or weak matches. It may ask clarifying questions or show alternatives when no property matches every criterion. The Genie must not fabricate listing characteristics and does not provide Nick’s personal opinion on pricing or negotiation. Questions requiring professional judgment may be referred to Nick.
The Genie is a real-estate-only program. It does not provide, solicit, market, or send information about mortgages, loan products, lending, interest rates, refinancing, preapproval, credit qualification, or other financial services. For those topics, use the separate mortgage section of the website or contact Nick directly.
Nick Rogers Real Estate Messaging Program
Program name: Nick Rogers Real Estate Messaging.
If you enter a mobile number and affirmatively check the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Nick Rogers regarding your real-estate inquiry, property searches, listings, showing requests, saved-search or property updates, and related residential real-estate services.
